Sarah Shell Logo

Logos are often the first impression your brand gets to make, so it follows that you want to put your best foot forward. This logo I designed was for a small business that focuses on home décor, particularly coastal themed throw pillows, canvases, and linens. I was careful to pick soft colors that would evoke the slow ebb of water and picked my typeface with the same idea in mind. It was of paramount importance to me that the logo took full advantage of the Designer’s last name being Shell. In addition, I included another nod to the ocean by augmenting the text slightly to create the shape of a wave with the negative space between the H in Sarah and the first S in Shell.
